Sutton Mental Health Foundation will be showing work from their own group of artists, on the last Sunday of the festival.

 

SMHF was founded for the benefit of people with experience of mental distress, and their carers, resident in the London Borough of Sutton, by providing facilities for recreation or other leisure-time occupation in the interests of social welfare, with the object of improving quality of life.

Our priorities are to meet people’s personal and social needs, and to meet the need for people to exert their rights and realise opportunity and have a voice.

As a member-led organisation we work together to promote well-being in people who experience mental distress and to overcome barriers to involvement in society so that we might fully enjoy the lives we wish to lead.
