The Grade II listed building next to Carshalton Ponds, containing the borough's flagship historic house.

 

Exhibition: 

Fred Yates (1922-2008) was a well known figure in the art world, with a unique and simplistic style that earned him acclaim. Though Yates was not a local artist, he spent much time in Sutton and painted many local scenes. For CAOS this year, Honeywood Museum will display paintings from the borough's collection by Fred Yates. 

 

Activity:

Lino Printing- 1-3pm 

Join us for a creative printmaking session using bespoke linocuts and water-based ink inspired by the museum and the local area!

LITTLE HOLLAND HOUSE

40 Beeches Avenue SM5 3LW

Open Sundays 29 June & 6 July

11am - 5pm

A unique interpretation of the English arts and crafts movement, this Grade II listed building  was created entirely by  Frank Dickinson, inspired by the ideals of John Ruskin and William Morris and contains Dickinson's paintings, hand-made furniture, furnishings, metalwork and carving, in a unique fusion of Art Nouveau and the English Arts and Crafts style.

 

Activity:

THE MACAROONS

JAZZ AND BLUES BAND

An upbeat and edgy blues/soul/jazz mixture with a dash of European quirkiness.
